WHY ARE ITEMS IN THE OUTLET SECTION?

Items in the outlet section are NOT damaged or broken, they are NOT returns. They are stamped with our previous logo and therefore we have discounted them. Any damaged or returned bags will be sold during our annual warehouse sale        (date TBD). 

WHERE IS YOUR U.S. HEADQUARTERS BASED?

We are located in Salt Lake City Utah. All items ship from our studio here. 

I THINK MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN

If you think your package is lost or stolen please contact the carrier provided in your tracking email or your local post office with your tracking details. Customer Service will do everything possible to assist you in recovering your package but please keep in mind Woven The Original is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

WHY ISN'T MY PROMO CODE WORKING?

There could be a couple of reasons why a promo code isn't working. We recommend making sure there is only one code entered at checkout. Our system doesn't allow promo codes to be combined. Also double check that the code isn't expired. If it still isn't working please DM us or email us at hello@woventheoriginal and we'll look into it for you. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, currently we ship to the USA and Canada. Please see our shipping and international shipping policies for more information.

CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

Shoot us an email and we'll see what we can do for you hello@woventheoriginal. We can't guarantee we can accommodate your request but we will do our best. Any custom orders we can accommodate require pre-payment and delivery will be anywhere from 6-8 weeks. 

CAN I BUY THE SAME BAG IN THE GUATEMALAN MARKET?

While you can buy similar styles and patterns of bags in Central American markets it is easy to see that our quality is above the rest. We use only full grain leather and handwoven fabrics. We searched high and low for craftsmen and crafts-women that keep quality of the highest priority when making our bags. Read more about our bag making process in our blog.   

DO YOU PAY FAIR WAGES TO YOUR ARTISANS?

Absolutely we do! One of the main reasons this company came about was to provide sustainable income to artisans by bringing their amazing artistry to consumers who appreciate it. Our bags are crafted by hand in Guatemala. Our artisans work from their homes and/or small workshops attached to their homes. They dictate the prices, are self-employed so they work on their own time frame allowing time for family responsibilities and other employment opportunities.  Our artisans operate with a tremendous amount of autonomy.

We do not have set weekly or month restock dates at this time.
